Влияние инфекции кори на беременность и методы профилактики (обзор литературы)

Аннотация

Проведен обзор опубликованной литературы для изучения влияния инфекции кори на беременность и информирование о необходимости профилактики. Нет никаких доказательств, подтверждающих связь между перенесением кори во время беременности и врожденными пороками. Однако необходимость эффективной постконтактной защиты доказана рядом исследований, свидетельствующих о высоком риске серьезных осложнений у матери, потери плода и недоношенность. Корь в поздние сроки беременности также может привести к перинатальной инфекции в новорожденного, что может быть связано с высокой смертностью и риском развития подострого склерозирующего панэнцефалита.
