Приведены обобщенные современные сведения о таких понятиях, как «инновации», «конкурентоспособные медицинские технологии», «диффузия знаний», «трансфер технологий». Раскрыто содержание категории «некоммерческий трансфер», его использование в области охраны здоровья детей и подростков. Выделены этапы внедрения научного продукта исследовательских работ (новых методов диагностики, лечения, организационных мероприятий и др.).
