Внутриутробные инфекции — причина патологических состояний перинатального периода

В последние годы обращает на себя внимание рост внутриутробных инфекций, которые являются причиной всего спектра антенатальной патологии: инфекционных заболеваний плода, пороков его развития, мертворождений, недоношенности, развития фетоплацентарной недостаточности и задержки внутриутробного развития плода. Отмечена роль инфекций в патогенезе патологических состояний, формирующихся в перинатальном периоде, у новорожденных. В развитии инфекционных поражений плода, тяжести заболевания, локализации патологического процесса, темпах реализации и проявлениях возникшей патологии имеют значение вид возбудителя, его вирулентность, пути проникновения микроорганизмов от матери к плоду. В обзоре представлены данные влияния внутриутробных инфекций на эмбрион, плод, течение и исход беременности, а также состояние новорожденного.
