Сочетанный дефицит йода и селена в его влияние на течение беременности

Аннотация

В статье проанализировано влияние йода и селена на процесс гестации, выявлено осложнение течения беременности и нарушения развития плода при дефиците этих микроэлементов. Обоснована необходимость компенсации дефицита йода и селена у беременных. Рассмотрены современные возможности оптимального выбора методов коррекции йод- и селендефицитных заболеваний у беременных и кормящих грудью женщин.
