Определение «интерстициальные заболевания легких» объединяет большую гетерогенную группу заболеваний, различных по этиологии, патогенетическим механизмам развития, клинике и тактике лечения. Общим для них является первичное поражение интерстиция легких. В лекции представлены современные научные данные о факторах риска, патогенезе, морфологии, клинике, диагностике и принципах лечения внутригрудных форм саркоидоза у подростков.
